Reclaim Your Life.
Support that meets you where you are.
Whether you're overwhelmed by stress, struggling in silence, or just feeling lost and unsure of your next step—I offer therapy that's tailored to fit your life, your needs, and your goals.
I specialize in working with men and adults who are ready to stop white-knuckling their way through life and start creating real, sustainable change. Therapy with me is a space where you can finally let your guard down, get honest, and start building a life that actually feels good to live.
And throughout all of this, I show up as a human. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not a clinical interrogation. You’ll get honesty, a touch of humor, and a space that feels safe, steady, and real
Individual Therapy
As a man, I know how easy it is to move through life feeling like you’re supposed to hold it all together. Maybe you've been taught to stay strong, push through, and not let things get to you, but inside, you’re overwhelmed, disconnected, and exhausted. You might not even recognize yourself anymore.
Therapy isn’t weakness. It’s a commitment to reclaiming your life.
In my practice, I work with men who are tired of feeling stuck—men who are carrying too much on their own and are ready to do something different, even if they’re not sure where to start.
You might feel like something’s off… like you’re constantly on edge, shutting down, or blowing up and not knowing why. Maybe your relationships are strained, or you feel like you’re just going through the motions. Maybe you’ve been performing for so long, you’ve lost track of who you really are.
That’s where therapy comes in.
This is your space to take off the mask and get real, without judgment, pressure, or pretense.
What We Might Explore Together:
Childhood or attachment wounds that still affect how you relate to others
Emotional habits like shutting down, people-pleasing, or reactive anger
Grief, shame, or self-doubt that’s been sitting under the surface for years
Key life moments where you felt misunderstood, abandoned, or invisible
Life Transitions to work through the stress and anxiety of becoming a new dad, or new husband
We’ll move at a pace that works for you. You’ll never be pushed to go deeper than you’re ready for. I’ll be here to guide you with honesty, clarity, and compassion.
Therapy with me is straightforward, grounded, and real. It’s not about checking boxes or “fixing” you. It’s about helping you understand yourself, shift the patterns that aren’t working, and build a life that finally feels like yours.
How it Works

In your first 60 - 90-minute session, we’ll dive into your story, clarify your goals, and create a plan that sets the foundation for meaningful progress.
First Session
In each 50-60 minute follow-up session, we’ll track progress, work through new challenges, and build on strategies that support lasting growth and change.
Comprehensive Support
Therapy doesn’t have to feel like a mystery. Here’s how I show up.
I blend warmth with honesty. Structure with flexibility. Evidence-based practices with genuine human connection. You’re not just another case—you’re a person with a story, and my job is to help you make sense of it and move forward with strength.
I tailor our work to your needs, drawing from proven therapeutic frameworks, including:
-
A therapeutic framework of measurement based therapy developed by Dr. David Burns that incorporates CBT, Motivational Interviewing, etc., and is proven to be more effective than traditional psychotherapy by using Testing, Empathy, Agenda-Setting, and Methods.
-
EMDR or Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a form of therapy developed by Dr. Francine Shapiro that helps clients process traumatic memories through guided bilateral stimulation such as eye movements or tapping, while focusing on the memory.
-
Developed by Dr. Dick Schwartz using elements of various philosophical teachings, IFS helps you understand and heal the different “parts” of yourself—especially the ones that carry pain, shame, or anger.
-
Teaching you how to stop fighting your thoughts and start living with intention.
