Ways to Meet

In-Person Therapy

If you prefer sitting down face-to-face, in-person therapy offers a private, comfortable space to step away from everyday distractions and focus on what’s going on.

I offer in-person sessions in Peachtree City, GA for adults dealing with anxiety, anger, grief, trauma, ADHD, burnout, relationship stress, and other concerns, with a particular focus on men’s mental health.

For some people, simply having a dedicated space away from work, home, and responsibilities makes it easier to slow down, think clearly, and talk openly.

Online Therapy

Online therapy gives you the flexibility to meet from home, your office, or another private location without adding drive time to an already busy schedule.

I provide secure online therapy to clients located throughout Georgia, Alabama, and Florida. Sessions work much like in-person therapy—we can talk through what’s happening, work on practical skills, process difficult experiences, and focus on the changes you want to make.

Online therapy can be a great fit if you travel, have a demanding work schedule, live farther from Peachtree City, or simply prefer the convenience of meeting from your own space.

Walk & Talk Therapy

Not everyone does their best thinking while sitting across from someone in an office.

Walk & Talk Therapy takes the conversation outside. Instead of meeting in the traditional therapy room, we walk together while we talk.

For some people, movement makes it easier to relax, think, and open up. It can feel especially natural if sitting still and making constant eye contact feels uncomfortable or if you simply enjoy being outdoors.

Walk & Talk Therapy can address the same concerns we would work on in a traditional session. The setting is different, but the therapy is still intentional and focused on what you want to change.

Walk & Talk sessions are available locally and are scheduled based on weather, location, and whether the format is appropriate for your needs.
